Refund policy describes the manner in which we consider and provide refunds to customers. Since every product at Picture POD is made-to-order, there is no scope of cancellation or exchange once an order has been confirmed. If you have received a wrong item or if there is a defect in the product please email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 24 hours from the receipt of the product along with the proof of damage/error.

If the product is considered for a refund, the customer has to be return the product to Picture POD within 3 days from the time of confirmation of refund. 

Please note that refund is not granted if-

The product has been used.

The product is not in its original condition, or was damaged after delivery.

The product is sent to us without confirmation of a refund.

The product’s return was initiated more than 24 hours after the time of delivery or it did not reach Picture POD within 3 days from the refund confirmation.

If your claim for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 60 days. The refund will be processed to the same account that was used in the original sale transaction.

In case a product was purchased during a promotion/offer, the refund amount will not exceed the original sale amount, irrespective of change in the price of the original product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable

The customer will receive a refund for the value of the product only, Picture POD will not refund the shipping charges.

Picture POD will not bear any cost associated with shipping and handling of the returned product/s.

If the item is not received and/or is sent back to us by the courier company the customer will be charged for any additional shipping fee (in addition to our regular pricing).
